Job Change Notification

The job change notification functionality identifies outdated profiles in your CRM.

How does it work?

Leadjet analyzes the oldest 1000 contact profiles inside your CRM each week with the present LinkedIn URL identifiers. By comparing the information in your data base with LinkedIn profiles of your contacts, Leadjet identifies any mismatches.

On a weekly basis, we compare the information inside your CRM fields with the information inside LinkedIn and notify you.

( hence in screenshot number 2 you will see 55 analyzed and 55 needs to be updated, so we checked if there are differences in the last 55 and we found that all of them have stuff that needs to be updated )

How can I use this feature?

  1. You will have access to the contact update feature if you are on a Enterprise plan.
  2. To get started, you will need to enable the feature from the admin dashboard. Click "Enable contact updates" - and you're good to go!

3. You will now get a pop-up notification in the bottom left corner every time outdated contacts are detected. Click on it to display the results.

Your results will be displeyed in a side panel view:

4. When you hover over each person you will find a update button appear, which will take you directly to their LinkedIn profile. Once you are there, click on the update button. Leadjet will update the information inside your CRM.

5. Repeat this for all the oudated contacts. Leadjet complies with LinkedIn's Rules and regulations, therefore does not use excessive automation mechanisms.
