Can I subscribe for mixed basic and professional plan for different users?

Yes you can.

Does my subscription automatically renew?

Yes, it does renew automatically. You can suspend it anytime of course, from your dashboard (by setting the number of licenses to 0, or canceling your account), or by reaching out to us via the support chat.

Where can I manage my subscriptions?

If you are the administrator and owner of the company account, you can log into our dashboard here and manage all licenses from there.

How can I renew my subscription?

Subscriptions are renewed automatically. If you do not request a cancellation, your subscription will be extended automatically for 1 month (for monthly subscriptions) or 12 months (for annual subscriptions). You may cancel your subscription any time before the automatic renewal.

Is there a long-term contract?

No, you are free to cancel your subscription anytime. Our best price is available as an annual subscription, but we offer monthly subscriptions as well.

We do not need a written cancellation of the contract. By switching the subscription off in your dashboard, you officially cancel your contract with Leadjet. To avoid getting charged for the renewal of your license, make sure you disable your subscription before the expiry date.

Do I need a credit card during the trial period?

Nope. No credit card. This is really free.

The subscription is per seat or per company?

All the team is gathered on one account, so you just need to purchase X licenses, and assign them to your teammates (a license can be assigned to one person, then moved to another, ...).The email credit is also per seat. (For example if your company purchase 1 seat, you would have 100 credits monthly, but if your company purchased 3 seats, you would get 300 credits monthly.

Do I need SalesNavigator to subscribe to Leadjet?

You do not need a SalesNavigator to use the basic Leadjet features.Some of the Professional and Enterprise features can, however, only be used if at least one of your users owns a Sales Navigator licence. Visit business.linkedin.com to get started with Sales Navigator.

When subscribing to Leadjet, you can choose monthly or yearly billing.

Pro tip: opt for yearly billing to save up to 30% equivalent to 3.5 months of utilising Leadjet

Which payments do you accept?

We accept online payments through Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Do you offer special discounts?

We usually offer discounts to teams with more than 10 licenses.

Do you charge the VAT / in the UK?

No, we do not charge VAT outside the EU.

Can members of my team pay for the subscription?

Yes. First, you will have to make the member an admin. This can be done in your dashboard. When you invite someone as an admin, an email will be sent out to them, redirecting them straight to the pricing and billing page.

Can I manage my company's Leadjet account without using Leadjet myself?

Sure! Leadjet admins are not necessarily Leadjet users. Select the number of licences you want to pay for, and assign them to your teammates who will actually use Leadjet in the Team panel of this dashboard.

I've purchased more than 1 licences. How do I add these new users to our plan?

Once you have purchased your licences, invite your other collaborators to connect and download the extension here and log into it with the email they use in the CRM. We will automatically match the accounts for them, so they will benefit from the full plan right away.

I need to change my email address. How I can do that?

For individual accounts:

  1. Create a new account with your new email address
  2. Contact us so we can switch you over to the new account (give us your old & new email, it will be easier to find you in the system)

For company accounts:

  1. Contact your colleague - the Leadjet admin.
  2. Ask him to send you an invitation from the Dashboard to your new email address.
  3. The admin must change your status to a paid user and then remove the old inactive account.

How to cancel my subscription?

You can do so from your dashboard -> Danger zone
